Pottering Around the Kitchen
My first every bowl of handmade pesto, fresh from The Gentleman Farmer's garden. (Photo by Your City Promdi) |
Take some olive oil, garlic, and nuts, and grind.
Add large handfuls of basil leaves and stem, wash, throw into a mortar-and-pestle, and pound away.
Voila! My very own pesto, fresh from the garden, and ready for two servings of pasta or for two slices of roast chicken breast!
